INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING FOR FUNDING
Dear Potential Grantee of the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities,
STEP ONE: Candidates interested in requesting a grant from the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities should thoroughly read our Grants Opportunities and Grant Guidelines documents. Candidates interested in requesting funds specifically for the Humanities Grants for Civic Education should navigate to the opportunities and guidelines specific to that initiative.
STEP TWO: Eligible applicants should contact grants staff to discuss your project, its eligibility, and the Council’s current funding priorities.
STEP THREE: Register to submit an online application here. Please note that major grant applicants need to submit an online Intent to Apply by September 1st.
