Providence Community Library and the Friends of Rochambeau present a free concert with the Greg Abate Quartet, Thursday, September 30th, 7 pm, at Rochambeau Library.

Known as “the Prince of Be-Bop”, Greg began his career as lead alto sax for the Ray Charles Orchestra and has played with the Artie Shaw Orchestra and others. He's recorded with many greats including James Williams, Claudio Roditi, George Mraz, Richie Cole, Kenny Barron, Red Rodney, and Herb Pomeroy.
