Kathryn C. Kilguss,LL.M, J.D., is a community philanthropist and attorney, currently practicingmediation. She is an experienced nonprofit board member, officer, andfundraiser. Ms. Kilguss co-chaired Save the Bay's $10 million "Explore theBay" capital campaign. Ms. Kilguss received her MSW from Simmons Collegeand her B.S. in Psychology from Boston State College. She earned her J.D. withHonors at Boston University School of Law, concentrating in Dispute Resolutionand was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1996. She earned her LL.M. inEnvironmental Law at Vermont Law School (Magna Cum Laude). She is PastPresident of Save the Bay and has served on the boards of the CommunityMediation Center of Rhode Island, the Boston Foundation's Fund for theEnvironment, the Metcalf Institute for Journalism and the Environment, and theAquidneck Land Trust. Currently, Ms. Kilguss serves on the Board of OverseersOf the Huntington Theater and is co-chair of the Leadership Council of Save TheBay.
