The Rhode Island Kung Fu Club will be celebrating with community businesses to celebrate The Year of the Rabbit. Stop into any of these locations to celebrate!

Sun Jan 22  (First day of Lunar New Year)

  • 10:00 am:  Gold Stars (gift shop), 484 Lonsdale Ave, Pawtucket 
  • 11:00 am: Pho Horn (restaurant), 50 Ann Mary St, Pawtucket  (Job Lot Plaza)
  • 12:00 pm: Grand Nail Salon, 1160 Newport Ave, Attleboro, MA  (next to S. Attleboro train station- Market Basket, TJ Maxx plaza)           
  • 1:30 pm: H & L Nail salon, 150 Highland Ave, Seekonk, MA (Job Lot plaza) 
  • 2:30 pm: Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet, 58 Newport Ave, East Providence

Sat Jan 28    

  • 9:30 am: Crossfit Gamut gym, 1485 S. County Trail, East Greenwich, RI  
  • 11:00 am: Yuen Yuen (Chinese herb store), 150 Elmwood Ave, Providence & Jade Dragon (restaurant), 1982 Warwick Ave, Warwick  
    • These shows will be done simultaneously by two of our groups 
  • 12:30 pm: Garden City Center (outdoor shopping plaza), 100 Midway Rd, Cranston

    • The Lion Dance will move through the plaza for 25 mins and end with a performance at the gazebo/center of plaza (approx 1 pm)
  • 2:30 pm:  Ceremony (tea shop & cafe), 406 Brook St, Providence (near Brown University campus)
  • 4:00 pm: Brown University/China Care

Sun Jan 29

  • 10:30 am Chinese-American Mini Market, 834 Park Ave, Cranston,
  • 12:30 pm Pho Saigon (restaurant), 1106 Pontiac Ave, Cranston
  • 1:30 King’s Garden (restaurant), 90 Rolfe Square, Cranston 
  • 3:00 Villari’s Karate, 623 Reservoir Ave, Cranston
