What I Want You To Know is a documentary featuring 13 veterans and their personal stories from their deployments in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Executive producers Travis Weiner and Tommy Furlong, combat veterans, made this film as an outlet for veterans to candidly share their emotional experiences of these wars and for civilians to listen.
Audience Advisory: This film contains images and video of explosions, and images of civilians injured and killed in these wars.
Following the screening, a panel discussion explores the making and impact of the film. Panel participants include moderator, Dr. Mark Santow, Director, PCVI, filmmakers, Catie Foertsch, and Cpt. Tommy Furlong (USMC, Afghanistan), along with E-3 Rachael Garcia, RI VFW Commander (USAF, Iraq), and Col. Bill Millette (US Army, Iraq).
