RICM Open House: Explore the Future of Technology

Rhode Island Computer Museum (RICM) is holding an open house in our fabulous new location right off Route 2 in Warwick. We’re now bigger and better than ever. Our new space features hands-on exhibits, a space combat game from 1962, and much more!

What you’ll experience at our open house:

• Explore the future of technology with virtual reality, augmented reality, and 3D printing.
• Play Spacewar! on a PDP-12, a classic minicomputer from the 1960s.
• Learn about the intersection of science and art with exhibits from RIMOSA.
• Make something on a 3-D printer.
• Meet Providence Geeks, a local group of tech enthusiasts.

When: August 9, 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Where: 1755 Bald Hill Road, Warwick, RI (at the rear of the La-Z-Boy store)

Admission is free, but donations are accepted.
