Artists’ Talk with Members of The Vanta Guild

Join The Gamm Theatre for an artist talk with members of the The Vanta Guild photography collective. The artists will discuss their current installation of portraits and other dynamic photographic works in the theatre’s lobby gallery in conjunction with The Gamm’s production of Branden Jacobs-Jenkins’ play AN OCTOROON.

From the Artists’ Statement: “All the world continues to be a stage. Unbroken is the tethered duality of being both player and audience, both spectacle and spectator. Forever tethered, we as player-audience must time and again reflect on and interrogate our notions of identity, purpose, and belonging. Indeed, the fate of the species depends on it.
