Cracking the Glass Ceiling

Brown University President Christina Paxson will host a public roundtable, Cracking the Glass Ceiling, with women who have been presidents of major universities. Participants include Drew Gilpin Faust, President of Harvard; Shirley Tilghman, former President of Princeton; and Nan Keohane, former President of Wellesley and Duke. They will discuss the social changes, including feminism, that have allowed women finally to become leaders of major universities and the challenges women still face in these key leadership roles.
