Cape Verdean Independence Day – Flag Raising

At noon on July 3rd in the East Providence City Hall City Council Chambers, Yvonne Smart, the Education Coordinator of the Cape Verdean Museum, will talk about the history of the Cape Verdean Flag and Cape Verdean Independence.

Outdoor Flag Raising: 12:30pm (weather permitting).

The East Providence City Hall will also feature a display from the Cape Verdean Museum during the month of July.
