LitArts RI has teamed up with Artists Communities Alliance (ACA) to offer Care in Community: Exploring Artist Residencies with Managing Director of External Affairs Deonté Griffin-Quick online Thurs, Oct 12 at 7pm. Learn about residency opportunities where writers can expand creative capacity and a become part of a supportive community. The session will include an overview of artist residencies, explain how programs vary and outline how a residency experience can support your career as an artist while offering the space and time to cultivate self-care in creative practice.
