Join us to celebrate and support the people and projects that make Rhode Island an inspiring place to live and work. The Celebration will feature an open wine and beer bar provided by Campus Fine Wines, hors d’oeurves, a silent auction featuring unique humanities experiences and the award presentation. Four distinguished awards will be presented to honorees who exemplify this year’s Celebration theme of BRIDGE at a time when our society is yearning for reminders of what binds us together. Through their work in communities of many faiths and backgrounds, these inspired leaders show how the humanities link diverse communities, increase access to culture and education, span understanding the past and imagining the future, connect to societal challenges, and strengthen the ties between information, awareness, and democracy.
