The World Health Organization notes, “Climate change affects the social and environmental determinants of health – clean air, safe drinking water, sufficient food and secure shelter.” This panel will explore narratives at the intersection of climate change, food systems, and health. Dive into these large topics to learn how climate change affects both food production and health outcomes, and what the food and health systems can do to prevent the negative effects of climate change.
