May 20, 21, and 22, WaterFire and Wilbury Theatre Group will host playwright and performer Christopher Johnson’s Invoice for Emotional Labor, including a live screening, performance, and talkback outdoors on the big screen as part of Theatre Under the Stars. Each evening will feature a brief introduction to the piece and performance by Johnson.
Admission is free but participants must register in advance. Doors at 7:00 pm, film starts at 8:00 pm. Outdoor seating will be available, though audience members are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or watch from the comfort of their vehicles.
