This is the first film night in The Full Circle Film Series featuring three evenings of public film showings sharing the history and ecological fragility of Mashapaug Pond with the public on a unique floating screen. The screen, anchored near the J T Owens boat launch, establishes a new community gathering place along the shores of Providence’s largest natural water body. The film nights will bring people together to share family and community time as well as reflect and discuss the pond’s past, present, and future. The Tomaquag Museum films bring the Indigenous perspective of Mashpaug Pond to the public.
