The Queer/Trans Zine Fest (QTZ) is a free zine fair held on unceded Narragansett land (Providence, RI) organized for and by queer, trans, and gender non-conforming people.
QTZ 2024 is at The Steel Yard on Saturday, August 31st from 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. There will also be an opening reading at the Binch/QAW Studio on Friday, August 30st.
Our definition of “zine” is deliberately broad. Our exhibitors include poets, comic artists, community organizations, and activist collectives, as well as makers of ceramics, apparel, herbal medicines, and textiles.
