Mayor Jorge O. Elorza and the Department of Art, Culture + Tourism invite you to visit the Gallery at City Hall for the newest exhibition SeenUnseen: Providence, a body of work by photographer Mary Beth Meehan. Meehan spent a year travelling throughout Providence making portraits of its residents. The result is a collection of photographs that capture the diverse citizens of Providence, explore what community means, and how we “see” one another. The exhibition complements an installation of 8 large-scale prints on downtown buildings for the Providence International Arts Festival, produced by the City of Providence and FirstWorks.
