Every Hero Has a Story.... join Big Nazo for a workshop inspired by the RI Center for the Book's 2015 The Kids Reading Across Rhode Island book, Flora & Ulysses: The Illuminated Adventures by Kate DiCamillo. BIG NAZO LAB Staff Artists will demonstrate how scissors, staplers, hot glue, and colorful Sharpie markers can be used to create ORIGINAL, wearable "Plasti-Foam Super-Hero Helmet-Heads" inspired by characters from Flora & Ulysses: The Illuminated Adventures by American author Kate DiCamillo. Morgan Grefe is the Executive Director of the Rhode Island Historical Society. She has been at the RIHS for 12 years, serving as the Director of the Goff Center for Education and Public Programs for 6.5 of those. In the summer of 2011 she took the helm of the RIHS.
