The University of Rhode Island Center for the Humanities is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2024, and devoting this year’s speaker series to storytelling, an endeavor at the heart of the humanities. The Center’s yearlong series envisions storytelling expansively and brings a variety of practitioners — historians and novelists, cartoonists and artists, musicians and musicologists, anthropologists and quilters — to campus to discuss the innovative ways in which they tell stories.
All events in the series are free and open to the public. Click the links below for more details.
